Sarah Bushner is a recent addition to Children’s Urology. She began her nursing career as a nurse on the Surgical/Trauma floor of the Children’s Hospital of Austin and made the transition to Dell Children’s Medical Center of Central Texas. She recently completed her Nurse Practitioner degree in and came on board with Children’s Urology shortly thereafter.
Sarah completed her undergraduate degree in nursing at the Pennsylvania State University. She moved back to her home state after graduation and began her nursing career. She has worked as a home health nurse, a camp nurse and as a teaching assistant at the University of Texas at Austin.
Sarah completed her Master’s of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas at Austin in May 2009 and obtained her certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at that time. She is excited to be a part of this group. |
