We are now operating with our normal business hours from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM!

We are now offering telemedicine appointments!

Please call our office during office hours

to inquire more about telemedicine appointments.

What is telemedicine?

Telemedicine allows you to discuss symptoms, medical issues, and more with a healthcare provider in realtime using a computer, iPad, or phone to connect with your provider. Using telemedicine, you can receive a diagnosis, learn your treatment options, and make a treatment plan.

How do I connect?

You will receive a link/invitation to connect with your provider from our office through email or by text message.  Please click on the link 15 minutes before your appointment time to enter the “waiting room” for your provider.

Is a telemedicine visit a “real” visit?

Yes, during this time most telemedicine visits are covered by health insurance, and through the visit you and your provider will create a treatment plan for your child.  In some cases the provider may ask you to help with examination of your child (obtain the child’s current weight, look at specific areas of the body, for example).  Your provider may recommend a future in-person visit for examination or testing for in some cases.

How do I schedule a telemedicine visit?

Please call our office to schedule your visit.  Our schedulers will provide details and collect further information needed to schedule the visit.
